Problems Running a Wiki

I have a wiki set up at http://guns.huntingpa.info/ it works great some of the time, but some days I get an unable to connect error other days it is up and down like a yo-yo every few minutes. It is up and running right now, but just 3 minutes ago it was down. This is getting a bit frustrating.
