i notiched this problem when we opened u our new forum and users did not get a registration mail
so far this problem is only tested whit hotmail acounts
it does not work from:
forum-> hotmail
webmail-> hotmail
the e-mails arent even in the junk folder
the strange thing is it wil work when you add the webmail e-mail to your contact list (in hotmail)
