Problems to access my hosting account

Hi. I tried to loggin to my account and received this message: Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system
My domain: javierlopez.elementfx.net is not showing up neither is the cPanel login page.
Is my account suspended or is this some other problem?

Its been like a month or so. I dont remember.

I dont see a record for an account of kylan on the free servers, I would suggest your accounts been terminated for prolonged inactivity

What should I do now? If I try to create a new domain it tells me that I already have one.

Corey that worked. I created a new hosting account with the same info and I was able to access the cPanel. Now to have fun creating.
