Problems to create a new account

I follow all steps to create a new account and I receive the email confirmation but never receive the data of new account. Could you please check if the account was created correctly or if there is any error?

Your Forums Account is not linked with any hosting account.
Provide me your cpanel username so that i can check what happened to your Account.
