Problems Uploading on Stoli?

Hello all,

For the past week I have not been able to upload files via the cPanel file manager. Is this a problem with Stoli?
My account has not been suspended and I am only using 8.12mb of the 1GB of avaliable space, so what is going on?

I have no edit post link so I guess I will have to do it this way.:frown:

EDIT:

I am recieving the error message 'F:\4 websites\WWD\\php\phptest\phpFiles\courseFiles\scripts\basicForm.php unknown Bytes complete FAILED! :Unknown error or disk guota exceeded.'

This is just an example i have tried uploading different files and filetypes to different folders and nothing is working. I have seen other threads about this problem, but all of them have either been closed or the problem was solved. Again thank you for any help that you can give.
