Problems validating my e-mail address

Could anyone help me solving the problem validating my e-mail address at "10hosting" settings?

I am receveing this error message during the e-mail validation:

"Could not resend email verification. Reload the page and try again."

I´ve created a free account and during the time hat I am accessing the main panel, I use to see a red message forer email validation.
I´d like to remember you that I change my browser from Brave to Chrome and cleaned up my cash and cookies but I am still receiving this error.

Could anyone help me? My username is: henriquejnd

As far as I can see it looks like the email is verified. Do the message still appear if you log out and log back in again?

I have this issue now- not receiving the email when it says it sent so I can't verify, but I can log in and out.

You are more likely to get a reply if you create your own thread rather than piggy-back onto another thread.
