Hello there,

Have you upgraded to intermediate PHP? If not go to http://x10hosting.com/login and login with your forum username and password. In the bottom left is the PHP version switcher. Choose 'Intermediate', and type a brief description of the issue, a link to this thread should do. Now click 'Continue Process'. Your PHP version will be changed within a few hours.

x10Hosting locks PHP down to prevent abuse of its servers, which is why this is required.

Joomla also requires intermediate PHP, so it more than likely will fix it, yes. Are there any other issues I might be able to help you with?

Glad you like us.

Feel free to post in the forums again whenever you need a hand, the community and staff will be happy to lend a hand.

I'll close this thread now, you can always re-open it or make a new one if you need more help. Remember the PHP upgrade could take a few hours, an administrator needs to accept it manually first.
