Resolved Problems with Access to cPanel

There is no such user at this time; if there ever was, it has long ago been deleted. The account linked to your forum user has the same name: sast
I'm suspecting from your login log that maybe you can log into your SSO, but not DirectAdmin? (there's no cPanel anymore; it's DirectAdmin).
You should be able to log in here: https://x10hosting.com/sso/main
When you click the cPanel button (yes it's wrong, but it works) it should forward you to DirectAdmin. If you get a login error, it means that your account is not being forwarded correctly.
Considering your log has successful logins, I'm going to assume this is the issue you're having and i'm going to request an admin see if your login is not being sent to DirectAdmin properly.

If you are unable to login as Garret suggests, could you please try clearing cookies, specifically session cookies related to x10hosting? There is no apparent reason why you should not be able to login through the panel.
