Problems with account

Howdy,

I have been having problems with my Account WMP1924005289. There are two applications that I am running that use MySQL - Mediawiki and some Bibliography software called Aigion. Both have worked well but about a month ago I notice that Mediawiki was not working (gave me a bunch of mediawiki errors like the database was corrupt) and now it gives me an error like there is a problem logging in. Likewise I get an error logging in to Aigaion. I also can't seem to access CPanel.
