Problems with Account

When I tried loggin in here http://x10hosting.com/login i get a USERNAME DOES NOT EXIST ERROR though I can login on my CPANEL. I am trying to upgrade my PHP from v1 to v2. And another thing, how do I link my FORUM account to my ACCOUNT?

I use the same email account for my ACCOUNT and FORUM.

You need to use your FORUM username and password to login at the AMP.
You forum account is correctly linked to the hosting account "alphonse".
