I registered a co.cc domain and put the nameservers to point at x10hosting.
I can acces my site (www.mytopbux.co.cc) but i (the site) cannot access to my directories on the subdomain.

I changed permissions of the directory to 777 and all files have 644 permission, but if i want to access a pic with the browser i.e. (www.mytopbux.co.cc/pics/ap.gif) i get an

'You don't have permission to access /pics/ap.gif on this server.'.

Whats wrong here?

By the way: If i click the view-button on legacy-filemanager, the pic is shown.

did you upload your files into the correct directory?

Code:
public_html/

because I can access the main site, but I should also see all your directories, and I didn't see the pics directory, nor any other

o okay. before I just saw the directory listing, I didn't see your index.php site

you might want to try your cPanel make sure hotlinking is disabled so that only your site can access it. or it can be accessed by typing it directly into the address bar.
