Problems with cPanel

Greetings,

As I am about to get started, I went to cPanel and entered the desired login and pass given to me via email. It went along well. But as soon as I clicked a selection from cPanel, it asked me username and pass again, so I typed it again.. and "BAM" an error came up which is
Login Attempt Failed.

This error is kinda annoying and im very sure i have done no mistake and I wonder if my cPanel account password got resetted instantly.

Any help in this kind of problems?

Have you got cookies switched off in your browser ?

I'm using Mozilla Firefox and yes Cookies is switched on. I even tried deleting Cache, history, cookies, etc but it doesnt help.

i am having the same problem with not being able to log into the cPanel where it says login failed. I have activated everything. The only problem i am having at the moment is not being able to log into the cPanel

Can you try logging into your cPanel from http://74.86.116.188:2082 and reply back whether your able to log in or not?

I have a same problem. I tried login into cPanel after registration and I get error message:
ERROR

The requested URL could not be retrieved

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://lulu.elementfx.com:2082/
The following error was encountered:

• Connection to 74.86.240.236 Failed

The system returned:
(10061) WSAECONNREFUSED, Connection refused. The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.







I tried today, but i get same error message.....

Try using this url. http://74.86.116.190:2082

I was able to log into that with no problems, so it must be working
