problems with cPanel

well i created my account yesterday, adfree account and i also created a forum account witht the same username and email

it allows me to log in to the main site, but when i click the go to account panel button, i get this

In order to use the Ad-Enhanced hosting account management panel, you must have your forum account linked to your hosting account.
Please enter your cPanel username below, you will receive an E-mail with further instructions. Be sure to have the same E-mail address registered with your cPanel account that your forum account has!

ive tried my username, its the same for both the site and forum and it gives me the error
i click link hosting account and i get this error

The hosting username you specified does not exist

when i use the domain availibility checker it says that bassking511.x10hosting
it says You already have a hosting account, use it.

but when i try to go to that url, it says there is no webpage and that domain is available.....

any ideas?

Did you receive the confirmation mail from x10?

no, but when i clicked the button to resend the activation email, it said the account doesnt exist yet i can log into the main site/////
Edit:
well now i received the email, i activated everything and now i can acces my account info

but i could not login to the cpanel, it wouldnt accept my password
so i changed the domain from bassking511.PCRiot.com
to bassking511.x10hosting.com

i entered the udername as it says on the account info and i even reset my password but no luck..

Password changed. See private message for new password. These are case sensitive. Login is bassking.
