Problems with FTP

I was updating my website and ran into a problem with the FTP.

As always
I used the following settings:
Host - x01.x10hosting.com
Username - (my current username)
Password - (my password)
Port - 21

I received the following response:

ECCONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server

Please advise the steps I need to take. I was updating some of my files and without being able to FTP them in I will be unable to do so.

The host should be xo1.x10hosting.com. You seem to have the number zero instead of the letter o at in the servername.

Alternatively, you should be able to use your own domain as the host.
