Problems with hosting

And so I have a few problems with hosting:
1st When I type 4friends.x10.mx takes me aside and says http://hosting.x10hosting.com/ that there are no such page
2nd After installing the dolphin (http://4friends.x10.mx/d/) did not load the css and all.

1st When I type 4friends.x10.mx takes me aside and says http://hosting.x10hosting.com/ that there are no such page

On my browser it takes me to an empty page but not the http://hosting.x10hosting.com/
Which means its OK

2nd After installing the dolphin (http://4friends.x10.mx/d/) did not load the css and all.

CSS did not show up correctly(I mean beautifully) but I suspect its the installation problem.
Can you just try installing a new theme in dolphin and check.
Else try a reinstall in a different folder.
The lotus server seems OK to me and there are no other similar complaints.
Kindly do the above and revert back if you still have a problem
