Problems with my Account

I am in Austria at the moment and I need to get access to my acct and FTP
System handles me as if I were trying to get a free acct here.
How can I solve this?

For security reasons, you must sign into your account in the country where you have created your account. This is to prevent persons from traveling to a "white listed" country, signing up for an account, returning to a "black listed" country and using the account contrary to x10's TOS or violate U.S. laws.

It's a very serious issue. if u say Austria is a black listed country????
We are not talking about somewhere else U know,

The way the filter works it sees that the account is created in country A, that means you can only log in from country A, regardless of if the country you try to login from is whitelisted or blacklisted.

OK. If I am on the road and need an update for my website must get back to country A.
I understand how it works but cannot understand the logic behind that..

Btw is this for free accts or is it the same for paid accts??

This is only for free accounts.

The reason behind is to prevent users for having a "friend" sign up when they themself can't due to being in a restricted country.
