Problems with my account

Hey guys,
I have a big problem: while trying to log in to my account at x10hosting.com it says that in order to use the Ad-Enhanced account I have to link my forum account to my x10hosting website account. The big problems are: My account is Ad-Free and not Ad-Enhanced; It does not accept my Cpanel name and says "The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I have placed an unsuspension request, just in case...
But I don't think I have been inactive long enough for suspension.
