Problems with sign up!!

OK THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR DAYS NOW!

I LOST MY ORIGINAL ACCOUNT. I was told I would have to sign up again using my original account info but have been unsuccessful.

Now upon trying to sign up I receive this message:

"This email address has already been registered with an x10Hosting account, click here to complete your sign-up using this address."

So I click where it says to complete the sign-up and then it prompts for my password. When I enter username: aquarian and password:************
I receive the message:

"Invalid email address or password supplied."


I was told if I had any problems that staff would help me. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

My original account info:

Username: aquarian
Domain: aquarianderek.x10hosting.com
Subdomain: giah.org.mx

Hello,

Go to https://x10hosting.com/control and login with forums username and password. Now Click on Hosting from TOP menu.
Then Click on Open a new Hosting Account Link.
It will ask three things,
username:
domain:
password:
