Problems with SiteBuilder

I am an x10Hosting user. My website is www.nandi-family.co.cc which is on the Stoli server and I have installed a website using sitebuilder.x10hosting.com. The install process worked correctly and it got installed. The script is working fine and I can edit, create and delete pages.
When I log in to the web builder admin panel and click config, a menu to configure my site comes up. I change settings like my site name and e-mail address and then click "save changes", instead of my order being fulfilled, I get this error:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /admin.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Whenever this error occurs, the address bar shows this link:
http://www.nandi-family.co.cc/admin.php?e=config&action=change

Please tell me what is the problem and please fix it as soon as possible. I desperately need your help.

Please login to cPanel, and change the permisions on "admin.php" to 755 instead of 644 which it is probably at.

It is already CHMOD-ed to 755. Still I am facing problems, you see!:dunno:
