Problems with Stoli

I haven't seen anything like this in the support forum. I'm hosted on Stoli (pragmada.x10hosting.com). This has been going on for several days: Most of the time, Stoli is unavailable. I can't receive or send mail, access my site, access webmail, or access CPanel. Generally the reason given is that the connection timed out. This is intermittent; from time to time, I can get through, but most of the time I cannot.

Since I was not on Absolut, nor am I being moved to Fris, I don't see that migration affecting me.

Any assistance with this would be appreciated.

It sounds like you are being blocked by the firewall. Next time it happens can you try to ping stoli.x10hosting.com and see if you're able to get a ping through?

Thanks for the response. Of course, today it's working fine, but if it recurs, I will try the ping and report here.

It's sort of happening right now. I cannot retrieve mail from mail.pragmada.x10hosting.com (connection timed out). However, I can get to CPanel, webmail, and my site. Ping gives:
