Problems with updating

Hi, i did a few changes to my index file, but when i go to my site (www.galpro.za.net) it show the index page of 3 days ago. I have deleted the index file and uploaded again. Nothing! Could somebody plse help? Thanks

Are you uploading through cPanel or FTP?

When you download that file through ftp or edit it through cpanel you are getting 3 days old content?
Also check this is happening with other files or only with this file.If you are using any CMS, then this problem may be caused by it.
You said that you did few changes, there may be error in that changes, so uploading a dummy index file with simple content and checking with that will be a good idea.

The page I get has title "New Page 1" ... is that new or old content?

When editing, remember to clear browser cache after each edit.
Another trick (to force bypassing the cache) is to add ?yadda to the end of a URL.

cPanel, but internet explorer just picks up the old one, cleared cache and everything else. No sleep for me again tonite!
