Hello I write you this email because I can not log into my forum account is my domain is vasiliv vasiliva.x10.mx have the following problem with your hosting when I try to log into my domain and to install joomla http://vasiliva.x10.mx/installation/index.php It gives server error
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.



why is that?? so hard to run a joomla to you hosting??

My browser reports:
"This webpage has a redirect loop."
"The webpage at http://yourwebsite.co.cc/installati...tallation/installation/installation/index.php has resulted in too many redirects."

I did not get any server related errors or 404 errors.

It appears that you have something seriously mis-configured with your Joomla installation which needs to be sorted out. If this is a new installation you may want to consider deleting the installation and starting over fresh.

And Joomla is not difficult to install or run on x10Hosting.
Many users, (including myself), use Joomla here with no difficulties.

the same installation of joomla and have it www.radyo-deliorman.co.cc you think what does not work?? your servers or joomla?

I was just trying to point out that the errors displayed in browser when I viewed your site indicate a misconfiguration with the script, possibly a configuration file or .htaccess file and not a server issue.
