Prompt of software installer (script:"HESK"):"Installation package not found!"-What now?

what can I do if the setup via the software installer with the script for HESK (Customer Support) always shows me the following prompt:

"The installation package could not be found!" ???

Hey try changing to cPanelX and I believe it's in Softwaclious
