I STILL CANNOT log into my cPanel and even have issues with my FTP trying to login to update my website as well. I'm getting responses to my trouble tickets but they have been inadequate. Folks, I cannot login and I cannot change my password if I cannot login. I don't understand why I don't respond to my requests after two days my requests are closed yet the tickets are not completed nor fixed. Thus, yet another ticket I have to open. Thanks...

the login to change your password is at http://x10hosting.com/control -- which uses your FORUM username and password to log into it (which you obviously must know or you wouldn't be posting here).

Please note that since you are on the boru server, you can use this link to log into cPanel once you change your password: https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083

Support tickets are automatically closed after 48 hours with no replies to keep the support system clean, as a lot of tickets go through here

Thank you Skizzerz. I just don't know why the others didn't give me a straight answer with reference websites just as you did. It was clear, concise and helpful. In five minutes I was able to log on via FTP and my cPanel. I just didn't know I had to reset my password via x10hosting.com/control.
