"Prove You're Human" Captcha

I have been unable to access my website today, shawntc.x10host.com or shawncontant.com. When trying, I get the following page:

And no matter how many times I pass the Captcha, I get sent back to this. I've tried with my laptop and my Android smartphone. It seems specifically tied to the network I'm on, as when I tried using a proxy, I didn't get this screen.

My site uses WordPress, however this doesn't seem to be a WordPress thing. I've scanned my computer and there's no malware on it, so I'm not sure what else to do.

Hello, can you please try accessing your website now? We've made some changes that should resolve the problem. The message you've seen there is from security software we're running on the server rather than WordPress or your individual account. Please let me know how it goes.

I am now getting a 403 Forbidden error, regardless if I use shawncontant.com or shawntc.x10host.com. It's certainly a step up from not being able to access the site at all!
