Ok my school is a [censored], and they block anything that has game in the domain or on the title of the HTML.

Can I upload a proxy script like on my friends site here: seekond.com/hide/ but htaccess it for just me? So I can use it on this site: pawngame.com?

Nope, but usually most school computer systems censor things based on noticeably increased traffic. For instance, several people would use various proxies like pcriot; worked for a week and then got blocked. I imagine they have a few people check out the websites everyone is going to; if you can make your site more secretive and have a non-game-sounding URL, then you might get away with it
