The only free games that come to mind for the PSP are the game demos you can load onto your memory card from the PlayStation Portable Network found in Favorites.

No, no, no. You hire a bunch of out-of-work E3 Booth Babes to carry the nice devs some beer and sandwiches. Once they've passed out from either beer or excitement, you sneak into the office and "beta test" all the games. And don't even charge them for your services. What a nice thing to do!
