public_html missing from cpanel file manager

Dear Sir,
I have my account on chopin server.
My panel username is hosthost.
I thought that I was cleaning up my x10hosing's ftp accounts and I deleted public_html when deleting an ftp account.
Sir,
Please help me reset my account.I have no data init and so i am not worried even if resetting the account deletes some data.
Please help me sir.

Just re-create the public_html manually

There are two ways to upload files:
• cPanel File Manager
◦ To use cPanel's File Manager first login to cPanel the find the link marked "File Manager", then once it is open navigate to the folder that you want to upload to and click the upload button.
• FTP
◦ To use FTP you need a FTP client (Filezilla is recommended but you must disable multiple connection otherwise the firewall may block you.) Once you have your FTP client use the following details to login:

URL: ftp.yourdomain.com
Username: Your cPanel Username
Password: Your cPanel Password
Port: 21

NOTE: Always upload files to the public_html directory!

I made a public_html folder.But it did not work for me.
My website is http://ebooklinks.x10hosting.com
But when I open it it goes to the following url
http://ebooklinks.x10hosting.com/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

Can you please help regarding this.
If you can,please reset my account if needed.

The problem is still there.
I cannot access my webpages but cpanel is working
Making a public_html did not work
On a suggestion from community,I changed the domain to hosthost.x10hosting.com
even this did not work.
Sir,Please reset my account.I can give my userid and password if you want.I am stuck with this.

Please donot mind this as my issue is on for many days and I wait for your reply and your previous suggestions did not work.I hit your reputation also as I am happy with your previous replies but they could not solve the problem.Please dont mind.I will be happy if my problem is solved as my site is down and out.
