hi, my public_http directory has disappeared a few days ago ago. I believe I've been hacked. I know it sounds a bit stupid... Please help me. My account consisted of some irreplaceable pages which I didn't make any backups by myself. (for some reason my disk-space-used at the account info page doesn't seem to have decreased) Will x10hosting be able to restore the files?
THANKS!
My cPanel username: fozzwiz
Package: Add enhanced -advanced
url: fozzwiz.elementfx.com
ps. i learnt my lesson. will use a stronger password and change it regularly

Sorry, we do not keep backups of free accounts.

Do you mean the public_html directory? (You said "public_http")

Can't you just recreate the folder yourself? Click the new folder button and type public_html. This won't get your files back, but it will allow you to use your hosting account again.

Alternatively, I can always terminate your hosting account for you so you can re-signup..?

I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. Feel free to re-open it or create a new thread if further assistance is needed.
