hello

i've tried to run a simple hello world application, but got an error text

why have that happened? obviously there is file named default.aspx, but for some reason it doesn't work

Asp.net has been broken for a long time now. In fact, it's not asp.net here since that's a windows program. In the servers here (that all run linux), they use mono to try to get asp.net to work here, but mono isn't always guaranteed to work. If you absolutely need to use asp.net, I advise that you find a webhost that uses windows servers instead of linux.
