Publishing Difficulty

Hello,
We are trying to publish a website that was created on WYSIWYG Web Bulder. We have signed up for your free hosting site and are unable to successfully publish the site. The site is asking for our individual URL, Type (remote or local), Host, Username, Password and Folder.

We are not clear what web address needs to be entered in the Host field. We continue to get a "Publish Failed" error message. It also says it has an Internet Exception Error 12029. We are also not sure what to enter in the Folder field.

We purchased the domain name through GoDaddy.com.

Any advice you can provide is appreciated.

The individual URL would be your domain name that you registered with GoDaddy. Be sure the name servers are set to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

The username and password should be the same as your cPanel username.

I believe the type is local, and the folder is /home/sister/public_html

Try that, and if it still doesn't work, post back with any further error messages you receive.
