Purchase of Premium Service - Unsuccessful

Greetings - I attempted to purchase 1 year of your premium service however I was unable to use the option to transfer my free account as my cpanel username was not being accepted (Box remained red on multiple attempts) ( seeall being the username ) . In an attempt tro purchase the premium service I unchecked the transfer free checkbox, and was presented with a web page advising a pin number would be sent for confirmation to my mobile which has not been received. Can you assist me further with this please. I intended to purchase via Paypal.
