Purchased "Starter package" but still have the "Free tier" limitations.

Hello guys! I purchased the starter package but I still have the Free tier limitations can anybody help please?

From what i can see you have the "starter" package.
i dont see anything indicating the "free" tier.

i am not familiar with the package itself besides that you dont have to log in every 30 days.
so i cant tell whether you have all its features or not.
i just know it says you have the "starter"

Well it supposed to have twice the storage available among other features.
