I'm success install joomla 1.0.13 but found error like

Warning: putenv() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/goody/public_html/web/includes/joomla.php on line 3787

I change php version to Intermediate butcan't fix.Should I change PHP version to Advanced PHP?

I am not sure how to fix the problem, but probably not. You most likely would get denied applying for Advanced, unless Bryon or Corey says otherwise before you applied. How long ago did you upgrade to Intermediate?

about 5 days ago.And Intermediate version work well with drupal but not work with joomla??

Putenv() should be enabled now. I thought that I had previously enabled it but it looks like I was wrong. Re-open this thread if you need further support.
