Q - Can I create another webpage on my account?

Hi forum,

I know this question is probably asked allot before, but I need to quickly ask anyways.

I want to create another smaller blog on my account.

Is it possible to setup a wordpress blog, in a subdomain, and have the address http://[I]username[/I].co.cc ?

It's certainly possible. Just place the smaller blog into another folder in public_html and use Addon Domains or create a subdomain on your primary domain.

take a look at the addon domains and subdomains feature in cpanel that should be pretty self explaining

Register your domain username.co.cc from http://co.cc first.. and point this domain to x10hosting Name Servers.

ns1.x10hosting.com
ns2.x10hosting.com

I'll register with co.cc first, put in NS codes.
Create subdomain to folder in cPan, then install wordpress into folder.

YES...

DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.

If you post your co.cc domain, I can try it. People who have not tried to visit the site often get the "new" information right away via DNS.
