Q: if an original post gets pushed to the next page/pages without ANY reply, does that mean that this will not be addressed? Ever? Or I should wait for a reply?

Does someone on staff ever go thru the old unreplied posts to resolve issues?

We usually go back a page or two when stuff is busy, but if you haven't had a reply after a couple of days, just bump the topic. We're getting a LOT of threads from people who don't read the stickies, so posts are getting pushed back pretty quickly, sorry.

Also keep in mind most staff (self inclusive here) go back until they find the threads they've already viewed. I don't normally recommend bumping cause it'll be a never-ending cycle of people bumping their threads, then the people just bumped off of page 1 re-bumping theirs, repeat infinitely.

If it's been 2 days without a reply though, do bump it - they auto close after 3, if I'm not mistaken.
