Query regarding site content

Before starting my new website, I would like to get a few things clarified by you.
I wish to provide links to download eBooks, software and tutorials for free in my site. These are related to:
* Ethical Hacking
* Programming
* Love-making guides
* Dating manuals
Am I allowed to do this?
(I won't be uploading any of the above mentioned books/ software/ tutorials; I will only index download links)

You may link to LEGAL downloads, in other words if the author provide a download for those books on their site, you may link to the site/page where they can be downloaded. You can NOT do a direct download link, courtesy is to link the official downloads page.

Programming and dating manuals would be alright (assuming the dating manuals doesn't cross the border towards love making manuals).

Love making manuals would most likely fall under "Adult content" clausal and thus not be allowed.

Ethical hacking, since we don't allow hacking at all that would be a no. Providing information about how to secure yourself from being the victim of hackers though are allowed.
