Query regarding terms n conditions of hosting

hello,
I havent started building my website yet. I read the terms and conditions which list that we cant run chat or shoutbox scripts due to heavy usage of databse.
My question is what about the embeded chatrooms which have their databse elsewhere.
Like chatrooms from http://www.meebo.com/rooms/ or http://www.99chats.com/
Are we allowed to post those chatrooms in our site? I think this shouldn't be problem for you as we will not be using your databse at all.

As long as they don't use the x10hosting servers, you should be fine.

Well, no they won't be using the x10hosting server, not more than displaying the page itself, the room will be running on an embeded flash on my site, but the host will be meebo itself.
