Query regarding to login in cpanel

Hello there.
My account is on starka server.
I can reaccess my site perfectly and alos can also login successfully in my account.
But i am unable to access my starka cpanel.
It asks me for username and password for login.
I provide both correct username and password but although I warned that login attemp failed.
So please tell me about this problem solution...

You will be able to reset your password through the Account Management Panel once the backend is synced with WHM. This will happen over the next 24 hours. Until then, you may open another support thread if another problem arises.
