Question about ad banners.

I've not even been on this webhost for a week yet and I'm veeeerry confused about some things. When I first signed up for the service there wasn't a ToS That came up (so I thought); What had really happened was an add that was supposed to be there immediately popped up in front of it. I was reading on the forums how people get their accounts banned for not placing their ads in the "Correct location"; Ex. Someone said it's supposed to be in the header; when what _I_ saw was "able to place own adds" UNTIL! I went back to for the TOS (I ended up having to press sign up again just so I could get to it because I couldn't find it elsewhere AND that pop-up came up again right over the TOS faster than I could click it) it says they must be placed on every page in a visible place without having to scroll..... My questions to you are, could you please make this all a tad more clearer to new users.

Also if I have a website that is a pop up with Iframes can I just put the add on main pop up page (ad will be visible the whole time they're on the page)????

Another Q. Can I downgrade to static? (if static doesn't make you have ad's).

Yes you can downgrade to static from http://x10hosting.com/login.

Also you could make a separate iFrame at the top for the ads.
