Question about adding a domain.

Hi, I want to add my domain madinalakeholland.nl but it says

Error from park wrapper: The domain you have specified does not conform to domain name rules.

Well I can't find the domain name rules.

Is it because my domain-extension is .nl?
But the thing is that my site will be in 100% English.

I think it's because your nameservers aren't ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com.
