Question about Allowed Sites

Hello,

My website is an online for-sale-by-owner listing service. In the terms of service, you state that "image hosting sites" will not be allowed. My website has it where the lister can upload three pictures of their home. Is this considered as an "image hosting site," and thus not allowed, or does that term apply to websites like imageshack and photobucket?

Basically, I'm wondering if my site fits the criteria for accepted hosting.

The 'image hosting' rule only applies to mass file hosting like photobucket where people can just upload anything.
The site you are planning to create does not fall into this category and so it'll be fine.
