Question about core.nnnnn files

Recently I saw some files called core with different numeration like extension.
The date of creation is yesterday and the number of files are 22, the size is between 72,79 MB and 73,28 MB.

This is normal? because I didn't create these files and, I don't see how I can use the core files.
Please reply to me, to delete the files immediately if aren't normal files of the cpanel file manager.

Those usually are core dumps -- when a .exe program crashes it often will put the contents of memory into a file so that someone might be able to figure out what happened.

If it were me, I would just delete them (you might have to set the permissions to 0666 first).
