Question about earning cash

How do i get cash because i noticed i only earn points for my post ?

There are two methods:

1. Complete offers on this page, and after it is confirmed that you have completed the offer (sometimes it takes a few days), you are awarded the x10cash. Offers can be found here: http://forums.x10hosting.com/offers.php
2. Convert points to x10 cash. 20 points = 1 x10 cash, and you can convert up to 10,000 points each month (= 500 x10cash).

There is no way available to transfer x10 cash from one account to the other.
