Question about hacking accounts

Hi all,

i've read many complains about hacking account. I mean they have been hacked. Is it true and possible? Is x10hosting security so "opened"?

I am worried a lot for those complains. Can you secure me that those complains were fake? Or can you do something to block this?

It's not usually x10's fault if an account gets hacked. It is usually because a user has used a password that is easy to guess, or they are not using the latest versions of scripts.

So, so long as you have a secure password and don't tell anyone how to login to your account, and you make sure you update any scripts on your site then it is very unlikely that you will be hacked.
