question about hosting domain

can i have my host switched from starka to something else?
starka is EXTREMELY slow, and lags bad. i cant even access my cp anymore. and on my site anyone that visits complain about the 10minute period where the page is loading (if it loads at all). ive never had problems with other hosts, only starka.

no, im talking about free hosting.
im looking to get starka.x10 changed to "xxxxx".x10 for my cp
starka is really bad and any of the other ones i have used work fine.

or can sum1 tell me (or do it if only mod can) how to remove my site from this account?
so i have no website attached to it. so i can get a new name or new account. since it doesnt seem like i can just get my host changed
