Question about linking

I have download section for mp3 music on my site. I don't host mp3 files on server i just put links to other sites. Is that ok?

Does each site linked to have the right to offer the mp3s for free?

If not, such a link can get your site permanently suspended.

I think they have. I got that links from http://www.beemp3.com/

I doubt it since they're a search engine and I just located 1 confirmed illegal download on that link too. There is no guarantee a search engine will return -legal- links :/
