Question about Queued Sign ups

Hey, i recently created an account, my boyfriend uses this hosting as his, and i was just wondering about the sign up queue, i know there is server problems at the moment, but:

x10Hosting's Ad-Free hosting signups are currently in high demand. As a result, a queue system has been enabled to help keep the load down. Your hosting signup has been added into the creation queue. When your account has been created, you will receieve an E-mail confirming your sign-up details.

Estimated time to wait: 3228 minutes

3228 minutes...? Is that real... or is that just a server delay so accounts can't be created automatically? If so what is the real estimated time that account activation will become active again?

Account creations have been disabled due to the maintenance the servers are currently undergoing. Once that's completed account creations will be re-enabled.
