I am trying to make a social site for a particular cartoon/flash group and trying to provide a area (not publicly visible) for the adults who enjoy the, well more adult end of it to share pics and the like with one another in this area (forum/group again restricted to adults who opt-in into the group). This particular cartoon/flash doesn't feature humans (at least not normally). Would it be allowed if simply any human (which would be fan-made) was simply not allowed or if the imagery were hosted elsewhere (there is a wordpress plugin that allows media hosted off site) or is it possible that theoretically in practice it will be ignored as long as its not publicly visible to anyone outside the designated group? There really isn't many choices for me, I would take up a pay option if I could, but in between jobs and this site is serving as experience in wordpress and general site development and is meant to provide a place for wide range of fans.

Any sort of "adult material" stored on your account or links to such material elsewhere will get your site suspended and then deleted.
Doesn't matter who can access it.
If it is on x10hosting's servers, then it is a major violation of the T.O.S.
Period.
You will not be allowed access to your files or data from the time of suspension.
So anything you or visitors upload will be gone.

to add to @descalzo post...
what is "Adult Material" is entirely by the judgment of x10Hosting
from the TOS:
Adult Material: This includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of x10Hosting.
