You will have to purchase a domain name separately unless you choose a payment plan that comes with a domain name.
http://x10premium.com/buynow.php shows all of our premium payment plans and the features they include. The ones marked with 'Free Domain' come with a domain name of your choice.

But you need to make sure the domain name you want is actually available and not in use by someone else!
